DNS Client service enabled and started

Working on https://support.real-time.com/support/Ticket/Display.html?id=70472 and I could not get PC139 to register with AD DNS and got an error message

The RPC server is unavailable

when running ipconfig /registerdns

Similar problem listed here

The DNS Client serverice was disable and not started.

Enabled the DNS Client service and started it and now "ipconfig /registerdns" works.

Task to enable and start DNS Client service on all Windows workstations.
